Neighborhood

To solve internal confusion regarding communication channels in Chick-fil-A's Marketing department, I branded the department as a neighborhood. Each communication channel then existed as an establishment within the neighborhood, helping the department understand the existence of each channel and feel more connected.

Chick-fil-A's Marketing department relocated to a new building. With a new open office environment, it was important to communicate the new norms surrounding the workspace. This one-pager served as a part of the communication around the move.

MenuPins

Prior to this project, Chick-fil-A's Menu department celebrated each new menu item with metal coins that collected dust on the teams' shelves. To help these momentos better serve as a fun reminder of the corresponding project, I replaced the coins  with pins featuring an  icon representing the menu item. These pins went hand in hand with Chick-fil-A's mobile workplace initiative, in which each employee was gifted  a backpack—the perfect home for the pins.

ScavengerHunt_wide

Chick-fil-A is known for their First 100 events, which gifts a year of Chick-fil-A to the first 100 people in line at the grand opening of a new restaurant. To make the First 100 event more interactive and help the new resturant integrate into the community, we morphed the First 100 event into a scavenger hunt. This map served as a part of the communication pieces handed out during the scavenger hunt.

CratelessCoalition

Chick-fil-A's Marketing department migrated to a new building with an open office environment. Tasked with creating friendly nudges to encourage employees to get rid of the things they housed at their desks, I branded the Crateless Coalition—a way to make the move to the new building without a crate full of things.

HotKitchen

During Chick-fil-A's testing of the HOT Kitchen concept, I branded the communication around the initiative, including this poster for the launch meeting. Details for this project available in person due to confidentiality.

I designed a poster to serve as a constant reminder of the team's focus areas while hanging in the packaging studio.
